Area F Land Use Planning

The Electoral Area 'F' Official Community Plan Bylaw 2214 and RDCK Zoning Bylaw Amendment 2225 to include Area 'F' were adopted on January 19th, 2012. To view copies of the adopted Official Community Plan and Zoning for the area, please see the links below. Associated mapping can be found on the RDCK Property Information Management System (PIMS) accessed from the Home Page. Hard copies of the mapping can be made available upon request.

The OCP details the community's vision for the future land use and development of Area 'F'. The OCP contains goals, objectives, policies and regulation for a variety of uses and issues including, but not limited to Social, Economic, Residential, Agricultural, Environmental, Commercial, Industrial, Parks, Transportation, Servicing, Zoning and Development Permit Areas. The Zoning Bylaw contains the detailed land use regulations and requirements necessary to achieve the community vision as detailed in the OCP Bylaw.
