Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) RequirementsIf the application for permit is to construct a single family dwelling, the owner must, prior to issuance of the permit, submit either an “Owner/Builder Declaration and Disclosure Notice” that is acquired from the Homeowner Protection Office (Click here for application form) OR the licensed builder will submit a “New Home Registration Form” which is proof of warranty insurance.
