Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounting, preparing budgets, conducting referendums/elections in the rural areas, preparing agendas and minutes for Board and Committee meetings, facilitating the instructions of the Board, preparing enabling bylaws for new services, managing the information and privacy program under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, maintaining corporate and official records and information, ensuring that statutory duties are met, participating in special projects and programs such as treaty advisory committees, service feasibility studies and consulting with solicitors.
