Fitness Centre (Salmo Valley Youth and Community Centre)

The 2083 square foot Fitness Centre has a variety of cardio and strength training equipment to suit a wide range of work out programs

Hours:

Monday	7:00 - 11:00 am	4:00 - 6:00 pm
Tuesdays	7:00 - 11:00 am	4:00 - 8:00 pm
Wednesdays	7:00 - 11:00 am	4:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursdays	7:00 - 11:00 am	4:00 - 8:00 pm
Fridays	7:00 - 11:00 am	4:00 - 8:00 pm
Saturdays	CLOSED
Sundays	CLOSED

THE CENTRE WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 24^TH TO AUGUST 29^{TH, 2009}

Each person must complete an orientation session, sign a waiver and pay his or her fees to participate. Orientation, depending on your knowledge of equipment and your fitness level takes anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.

Rates:

Drop-in rates are $5.00 per session and you must be accompanied by a member with a current pass or during supervised sessions.

Prices are subject to change.

EVENTS

THIRD ANNUAL KEVIN HEARNE MEMORIAL SOCCER CAMP

August 10th to the 14th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Fee is $50.00 (includes soccer jersey). Players are required to wear proper attire and bring their own lunch, snacks, water and sunscreen.
