Recreation Commission #9 is the local commission established by the RDCK Board to operate the Portion of Electoral Area A (Rec. #9) Recreational Program Local Service which runs from Riondel south to Sirdar. This commission has the authority to carry out recreational programming activities within that portion of Electoral Area A. This includes the provision of financial contributions to persons or groups to provide recreational programs on behalf of the Commission.
