| CRESTON AND DISTRICT COMMUNITY COMPLEX - JAMES ROSS MEMORIAL POOL From: Joe Chirico, Manager of Community Services Date: August 17, 2006 In April 2006, Rockingham Pool Consulting Inc. was retained to prepare a report on the feasibility and costs for upgrading the James Ross Memorial Pool located at the Creston and District Community Complex to the current standards of health and safety, which would be acceptable to the BC Ministry of Health and good engineering practices within the pool industry.
