- Also available to promote your event is a variety of trade show draping, portable bars, table skirting and portable staging.
- We have a fully equipped catering kitchen with convection ovens, range, steamer, walk-in cooler and many other amenities.
- We also have various audio-visual aids available such as public address system, TV/DVD, video projector, whiteboards, portable screen, overhead projector etc. to enhance your rental.
Smaller Meetings & Events If you don’t require the large space of the Creston Room, or need breakout rooms for concurrent meetings, you may find one of our smaller venues more suited to your needs. Many of the amenities available to the Creston Room are also available for the smaller rooms. This would include: rectangular or round tables, audio-visual aids, draping and skirting, portable bars and staging. The Erickson Room located on the 1st floor of the complex, just off the main entrance lobby, will seat approximately 100 in a theatre setting or up to 50 in a classroom style. The room also has 2 separate entrances, adjustable lighting and features a kitchenette for refreshment break preparation. The Sunshine Room, located at the front of the building, lives up to its name and will seat 25 theatre or boardroom style or approximately 12 classroom style. Large windows on two sides of the room provide a great view.
The Arena Multipurpose Room (availability TBA) is just off the arena lobby and is slightly smaller than the Erickson Room. It contains a kitchenette as well as a dedicated washroom within the room and is an ideal location for smaller seminars, breakout space for larger events or perhaps luncheon meetings.
