| Project UpdatesNovember 8, 2007 Creston & District Community Complex Facility Enhancement Project At the Creston Valley Local Services Committee meeting October 30, 2007, the recommendation was passed to move forward with detailed design work, and subsequently construction of the Creston & District Facility Enhancement project which include renovations to the existing facility as well as the addition of an indoor aquatic and fitness facility. The Local Services Committee, which is comprised of Chairman and Area B Director John Kettle, Area C Director Tom Mann, Area A Director Verna Mayers- McKenzie and Town of Creston Director Joe Snopek approved the recommendation and gave the go ahead to proceed with an information mail-out of the project to all Creston Valley residents and an open house at the Creston & District Community Complex in the near future.
